3717-1-03.2(C) / Packaged and unpackaged food - preventing contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation
Critical Corrected During Inspection Eggs were stored over ready-to-eat food in reach-in cooler. Eggs were moved to bottom shelf during inspection.

3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Daylight visible under back door. Ensure area around door is sealed to protect from pest intrusion.

3717-1-04.8(E)(2) / Clean equipment and utensils stored in a self-draining position and covered or inverted.
Dishes near cold and hot holding units were not stored covered or inverted. Ensure all dishes are stored either covered or inverted when not in use.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Heavy frost accumulation was present in reach-in freezer. Ensure freezer is maintained clean to sight and touch, free of accumulated soils such as frost build-up.
