Critical Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Sliced mushrooms in dining cooler not datemarked.

Critical Observed chemical bottle in kitchen without label. Code states all bottles have the common name written on them.

Observed single use articles stored on floor of office. Code states single use articles must be stored 6 inches off of the floor.

3717-1-06.4(D) / Cleaning ventilation systems, nuisance and discharge prohibition.
Observed fans and vent covers in dining room in need of cleaning. Code states they must be cleaned to prohibit buildup of dust.
