3717-1-02.2 (B) / Hands and arms: cleaning procedure
Critical Employee did not wash their hands for a full 20 seconds before rinsing their hands off. Ensure all employees wash for a full 20 seconds, at least, before rinsing off their hands.

3717-1-04.4(Q)(2) / Utensils, temperature and pressure measuring devices - good repair and calibration.
Repeat There was a broken thermometer in the back reach-in cooler containing employee food. Ensure a working, accurate temperature measuring device is placed into all reach-in coolers containing time/temperature controlled for safety (TCS) foods).

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Gaskets on doors in Budweiser and Bud Light coolers as well as coolers containing Gatorade, Starry, and Mellow Yellow products in the front of the store and Busch, Redd's and meat & cheese products in the back were damaged and need to be repaired or replaced to ensure an appropriate seal between door and cooling unit.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
Repeat Facility had expired quat and chlorine sanitizer test strips. Ensure appropriate, unexpired test strips are available for use.

3717-1-05.4(N) / Covering receptacles.
Dumpster lid was open during inspection. Ensure dumpster lids are kept closed when not in use.
