[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.2(C) / Packaged and unpackaged food - preventing contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation
Critical Observed raw ground beef being stored above RTE foods in fridge. Per code raw meat shall be stored below RTE foods to prevent contamination.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed deli meats and cheese being held in the reach in cooler at 49 F. Per code all TCS foods shall be held at 41 F or below. PIC voluntarily discarded 7 packages of deli meat, 3 packages of cheese and a pack of lettuce and tomatoes at time of inspection.

3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Observed gap in the back door allowing light in. Openings of doors shall be protected to prevent pest infiltration.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed food debris and other food spillage in fridge. Nonfood contact surfaces shall be kept clean as to prevent soil accumulation.
