Comments
At time of inspection, the following violations were observed:
-Cooked chicken with date mark of 1/26/24-2/2/24. This is an 8 day date mark. Review date marking with all staff to ensure staff use a 7 day date mark.
-Observed several chemicals stored above single use utensils. Chemicals should not be stored above any food or articles that will come into contact with food. Employee corrected.
-Observed build up around base of counters and equipment. Please increase cleaning frequency of floors.
-Observed build up of debris in bottom of reach in freezer. Please increase cleaning frequency.
