| PIC- Chris Received complaint on 10/4/2018 stating that "The facility has bed bugs in the kitchen and office areas. At the time of inspection the GM did not know of any bed bug concerns at the facility outside of the July issue that the health department had dealt with previously. At the time of inspection the facility was able to provide monthly Ecolab invoices for pest control which showed that the pest applicator did not note any activity during the inspections. The inspector looked around the office and mechanical rooms, but did not see signs of bed bugs at the facility. There was no signs of bed bugs along the office furniture. Facility shall keep its monthly pest control and ensure that any insect activity is adequately controlled. |
