Observed open container employee drinks with no lids under service counter in bar area. Code states employee drinks must be a closed beverage container. Make sure employees are drinking out of closed containers.

Repeat Observed sanitation wipes not stored in sanitation container. Code states wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer when not in use. Make sure wiping cloths are stored properly.

In-use utensils improperly stored. observed handle of utensil in lettuce as well as used knife improperly stored in prep cooler by service counter. Code states utensils in between use must be stored so that they are not contaminating foods. Make sure handles of utensils are kept out of food.

Observed ice buildup in walk in freezer on condenser. Food was stored under ice buildup. Code states equipment must be kept in good repair and maintained. Remove ice buildup nad do not store food under where the ice has built up until that is fixed.

Observed microwave was not clean on inside top. Code states all non contact food surfaces must be kept clean to protect food from contaminants such as debris. Make sure all non conatct foods surfaces are kept clean. .
