Store undergoing remodel - requested inspection on sushi stand.
-Floors still need resurfaced
-Handwashing signage required.
-All sanitizing items must be present.
Plumbing inspector has no finaled plumbing due to water temps. Water heater was reset, all temps at 3-comp, handwash, and food prep sinks were eventually met after letting the water run for several minutes. According to Ch. 5 of the Uniform Food Safety code facility must have hot water capacity - please ensure this is able to be met with plumbing final.
