Critical Corrected During Inspection Food equipment surfaces not cleaned at required frequency. Soda nozzel at bar was observed with build up of of slimy looking debris in gun holder. Make sure all surfaces that come in contact with food is cleaned and sanitized at a frequency that prevents build up of debris. Soda gun was cleaned.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed can opener with build up of food and sticker debris. Make sure all food contact surfaces are cleaned at a frequency that prevents build up of debris. Clean and sanitize can opener after every use or every 4 hours. Can opener was removed for cleaning.

Corrected During Inspection Equipment and utensils are not being air dried. Make sure all utensils are air dried before storage. PIC removed dishes.
