Comments
Completed standard inspection for change of ownership and plan review. The following upgrades were made for the turnover to new management:

1. New wall and FRP covering placed behind dish tank to remove damaged and hard to clean wall surface. New spray hose added on dish line spray sink. New stainless steel 24x30 inch table installed on dishline for extra counter storage. New stainless shelving installed.
2. New walkin cooler and walkin freezer installed accessible from main kitchen. Both units approved for use. New wire racks installed and are easily cleanable. New lighting in units, new blowers / refrigeration units. New outdoor walkin cooler installed for produce and extra food storage as well as beverage storage. All 3 completed and approved for use.
3. New equipment installed in kitchen: New salad prep table (beverage air, nsf) and new heat lamps / service window are approved for use; New reach freezer (beverage air, NSF) installed on fry line for easy access to frozen foods. Prep table added to fry line area for easy access to refrigerated foods (existing unit, NSF approved). New soup wells (NSF APW Wyott) and new ALto SHams (NSF) installed and approved. New mixer in use
4. Kitchen warewashing sink remounted to wall and caulked to wall to provide a sealed and smooth surface.

For the change of ownership to be completed, must have prior owner sign back of food license indicating turning over to new owner. Bring license to our office and we will issue a new license under the new ownership name. Once the new license is printed, we will come to location to complete an opening inspection. Prior to transfering license, we must have a Certificate of Occupancy issued from building department for the new ownership.

The bar in the gathering room is under replacement and management noted they will be applying for a plan review for the new bar in next few weeks.
