Repeat Observed some broken floor tiles and areas that need regrouting. Also observed water staining from leak on ceiling tile that needs to be investigated and fixed. Facility shall be maintained in good repair to provide easily cleanable surfaces and prevent growth of microorganisms that may cause illness.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed some build up of residue in hard to reach areas. These shall be cleaned more frequently to ensure clean surfaces that do not harbor harmful microorganisms.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.
