Critical Corrected During Inspection Single-use gloves used improperly. Observed employee drop glove on floor and continue to put it on. Make sure gloves are used properly. Employee took gloves off and discarded.

Corrected During Inspection Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed a cooler with black mold like subsatnce. Thaey are repairing cooler. Make sure all surfaces are cleaned at a frequency that prevents buildup of debris.
