[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed sliced deli meat prepared the previous day without a datemark. Per code and RTE, TCS food shall be datemarked if it is going to be kept for more than 24 hours. PIC dated item at time of inspection.

3717-1-02.4(A)(2) / PIC - Manager Certification
Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection. Facility did not have proof of any employees having the manager certification.

3717-1-05.1(G) / Handwashing sinks-Number.
Observed that the handwashing sink was not operational at time of inspection. Owner did turn back on sink. The handwash sink shall be functuional at any time that the kitchen is being used.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed a build-up of debris on the deli slicer as well as in the microwave. Per code nonfood-contact surfaces shall be maintained clean to sight and touch.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Observed unused fryer being stored in facility. Per code items unnecessary to the operation shall not be stored in the facility.

Discussed with owner that the facility will be getting a new self contained fryer unit. Please submit to our office the spec sheet & any menu changes to our office for us to review. A follow-up inspection will be conducted to verify proper handwashing sink function.
