[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed hand wash sink in the back being used as a drying rack for equipment. The handwash sink shall only be used for handwashing. Employee corrected by moving the equipment.

3717-1-05.3(C) / Sewage and other liquid waste: Backflow prevention.
Critical Observed the 3 compartment sink leading directly into the grease trap. Per PIC, pipe between the sink and the grease trap regularly becomes clogged and causes the sink to back up. There shall be an air gap after the 3 compartment sink to prevent the back up of sewage and possible bacterial growth. Discussed with PIC.

3717-1-05.3(C) / Sewage and other liquid waste: Backflow prevention.
Critical Observed pipe from the prep sink going into a drain with an inappropriate air gap. There shall be an air gap of at least one inch from the bottom of the pipe to the top rim of the drain to prevent sewage back ups and to prevent any possible bacterial growth. Discussed with PIC.

3717-1-02.4(C)(16) / PIC: duties - ensure the facility has written procedures for vomiting and diarrheal events.
There was no written procedure available for how to clean up at vomit or diarrheal accident. Inspector gave PIC a copy of an appropriate procedure to follow. The facility may use this one or buy a kit and materials from another source.

3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
There were no paper towels or any other material available for drying hands at the hand wash sink next to the prep sink in the back.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
All test strips were past the expiration date. New test strips must be obtained which are not expired.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed an accumulation of debris in the bins that are used to store utensils, containers, and other equipment on the shelf in the back. Bins should be cleaned as often as necessary to prevent accumulation.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Observed a leak on the hot water handle for the faucet on the 3 comp sink. Also observed a leak on the sanitizer/detergent dispenser above the 3 comp sink. The plumbing system shall be maintained in good repair.
