[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(O)(1) / Using a handwashing sink - accessible at all times
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed a veggie slicer blocking the kitchen hand washing sink. Do NOT block access to hand washing sinks or use them for other purposes such as cleaning equipment. Hand washing sinks shall be readily accessible to promote proper hand washing. During the inspection the PIC moved the veggie slicer away from the hand sink.
To ensure frequent and proper handwashing, a handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use.
3717-1-07.1(A) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Storage: separation.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed that the facility had chemical spray bottles stored hanging on the shelves above the prep sink and near the dry foods. Store chemicals in a location where they cannot cause contamination of foods. At the time of inspection the PIC moved these items to an area where they could not leech or contaminate foods.
To prevent contamination, poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, or single-service or single-use articles by: 1) Separating the poisonous materials by spacing or partitioning; and 2) Locating the poisonous or toxic materials in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service articles or single-use articles. .

3717-1-04.4(A)(1) / Equipment - good repair and proper adjustment.
Observed ice building up in the walk in freezer with a baking sheet catching it. Repair freezer to prevent damage to foods or damage to equipment.
Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under rules 3717-1-04 and 3717-1-04.1 of this code.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed that the inside of the 3 compartment sink spray nozzle had some debris build up. Clean the nozzle thoroughly and often to prevent any sources of contamination.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.
3717-1-05.1(S)(1) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Observed that the three compartment sink had a leak near the hot water handle. Ensure all plumbing is maintained in good repair.

3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
Observed that the hand washing sink in the rear of the facility did not have paper towels at the time of inspection. Ensure that all sinks are properly stocked with soap, warm water and paper towels to prevent their misuse.
To prevent contamination by hands, each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall beprovided with: Individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.
