| Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection completed in AM on July 28, 2017. Display freezer and refrigerators in center isle in dairy area being cleaned and disinfected as well as components underneath display units where backup occurred. Odors not observed during follow-up inspection. Improvements made and hard to reach areas underneath display cases have been cleaned and disinfected. Plumbing camera test being conducted on floor drain system at time of inspection to help troubleshoot issues. Continue to clean and disinfect areas as needed to prevent odors. |
