Critical Repeat Observed cooler in Prep area not holding temp and was at 50 degrees. will check back to make sure that cooler is fixed in a few days.

3717-1-02.4(C)(17) / PIC: duties - ensure the facility has written procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events.
No written procedures for responding to vomiting or diarrheal events. Code states a written procedure must be in place.

3717-1-04.3(B) / Fixed equipment installation - spacing or sealing.
Fixed equipment not properly sealed for cleaning. Observed hand sink in prep area without sealing. Code states fixed equipment that can't be easily cleaned must have spacing or be sealed to adjoining wall.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Observed broken Floor tiles by dishwasher. Code staes physical facilities must be maintained in good repair. Get the tiles replaced.

3717-1-02.1(A)/Employee health: Reporting by food employees
Did not have employee illness agreement for staff members. Code states employees need to know the illnesses that are transmissable through food. Have employees sign illness agreement and keep for your records.
3717-1-06.2(E)/Handwashing signage.
Handwashing sign not posted on hand sink in prep area. Code states all sinks must have signage. make sure all handwashing sinks has signage that notifies employees to wash their hands.
3717-1-04(A)/Multiuse utensils and food contact surfaces - material characteristics.
Observed Teflon pans that were scratched and chipped. Code states untensils need to be in good repair and free from scratching and chipping. Remove pans from kitchen.
3717-1-04.5(B)(1)/Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency.
Food equipment surfaces not cleaned at required frequency. Observed Can opener that is not being cleaned between uses. Code states food contact surfaces shall be kept free from contaminates and debris. Clean can opener between uses.
