Critical Observed employee touch raw chicken with gloves on, then touch oven handle with same gloves. Code states gloves must be used in a way to prevent cross contamination. Make sure gloves are being removed after touching raw meat.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed 3 compartment sink not dispensing sanitizer for sanitizer buckets. Make sure to test sanitizer regularly. Corrected at time of inspection.

Critical Observed 2 chemical bottles without lables. Code states all chem bottles must have a common name so everyone knows what is in them. Make sure all bottles have names.

Observed drinks and personal affects in food prep areas. Code states drinks and personal affects must be stored in a designated area to avoid contamination. Make sure to keep drinks in a designated employee area.

Repeat Observed chicken wings being thawed in 3 compartment sink under hot water. Code states water must be 70 degrees or below. Make sure to use proper thawing techniques at all times.

Observed a single use sauce cup being uses to scoop Applesauce from container. Use a utensil that you can keep the hand point of contact out of applesauce. Make sure single use articles are used once for its purpose.

Observed prep sink in kitchen is leaking significantly and cannot be used. Code states all equipment must be in working order. Make sure prep sink gets fixed so that it can be used for its purpose.
