Critical observed build up of a black mold like substance in the back of the ice maker at the bar. Clean inside of the ice machine.

3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink in the kitchen. PIC added paper towels to hand sink.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Observed cooler in the back of the store which has gaskets that are damaged and not intact. Equipment components shall be kept intact, tight or properly adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Repair and maintain the gasket on the door of the cooler.

Repeat Observed dirty handles on all equipment in the kitchen. clean high touch surfaces more frequently to prevent build up of dirt.
