Comments
At the of inspection, observed the following: raw foods stored over ready to eat foods- raw must be stored below ready to eat foods; white sink in kitchen area needs to be repaired-please repair; trash cans were all open- trash cans must remain shut at all times; floors in kitchen had not been cleaned in some time- increase cleaning frequency; utensils were not stored inverted- clean utensils must be stored inverted; significant number of flies throughout the facility- please contract with a licensed pesticide operator to address this issue; ready to eat foods/temperature controlled foods were not date marked- these food items must be date marked; food contact surfaces including the fryer and dough hook were soiled- please increase cleaning frequency of these and other food contact items; test strips were expired- please replace; flour was stored in a trash can- must be food grade
