PIC- Dana At the time of inspection the health department had already received payment for the new license for FQSR LLC. Within 30 days: - Replace coleslaw container lids - Regrout tiles throughout the kitchen (problem is occurring due to uneven floors) - Clean behind and caulk the chicken cooler base coving. - air gap the front ice and soda machine. - remove unnecessary items that are held on the shelves in the rear of the facility near the hot water tank. Facility is inspected and approved to operate. |
