Observed a number of the soda coolers near the check out lines had mold and dust buildup on the shelving. Mold and dust needs to be removed and shelves need to be cleaned thoroughly and often.

| PIC- Chris On 9/12/19 received a complaint stating that there was mold in the soda coolers close to the checkout lines. Observed a couple of the coolers did possess some mold and dust build up on the shelves within the coolers. Discussed regular cleaning of the shelves in the cooler with the PIC. Per management Pepsi is supposed to clean these shelves, but they will have their staff clean them by the end of the day. Facilities shall keep the shelves free of mold and/or dust by cleaning them thoroughly and often. |
