Utensils and equipment contacting non-TCS foods not cleaned at requried frequency. Observed build-up of soda residues on soda machine/soda nozzles in dining area and mold in ice chute.

Corrected During Inspection Observed dead mouse in trap under soda fountain at drive-thru. PIC removed the mouse once observation was made.
3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Outer opening not protected. Observed back door of facility with a gap at the bottom due to missing weather strip. Daylight is visible through gap between bottom of door and the ground.
3717-1-05.4(N) / Covering receptacles.
Observed waste receptacles open during the time of inspection.
Waste receptacles shall remain covered.
