Critical A sink in the bakery/deli area that is marked as use only for veggie wash did not have an air gap. An air gap must be provided for sinks that are used for food prep to prevent contamination from possible sewage back ups and bacterial growth.

Observed a gasket on a chicken hot hold unit in the front of the store that was broken and damaged. All door seals and gaskets shall be maintained in good repair.

Observed floor drain in the bakery/deli area that had recently experienced a back up. The plumbing system shall be maintained in good repair.
