VI / Time/Temperature Controlled Safety Food
Observed that the facility was not properly datemarking all their ready to eat TCS foods. At the time of inspection the manager dated the unlabeled foods. All ready to eat foods requiring refrigeration shall be properly date marked to prevent them from exceeding 7 days.

X / Chemical
Observed chemical bottles that had been stored in working containers without proper labels and stored in an area above to-go boxes. Label all chemicals and stored them in locations away from food or food contact surfaces to prevent any contamination from leaking or spilling. At the time of inspection the manager moved these and properly labeled them.
