3717-1-02.2 (B) / Hands and arms: cleaning procedure
Critical Improper washing of hands and arms. Observed food employee not use paper towel to turn off faucet after washing hands. Avoid recontamination of hands by using paper towel to turn off faucet.

3717-1-03.4(A) / Frozen food - temperature and time control.
Foods in frozen storage exhibit signs of thawing. Items in freezer were found thawed. Food still temped at 41 degrees, so PIC moved to refrigeration. Fix freezer so that it keeps frozen foods frozen.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
Corrected During Inspection In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed ice scoop stored with the handle in the ice. Make sure scoop handle is not stored in ice.
