Owner reported no known illness complaints, no ill employees, no cooler issues. They are only open Wednesday thru Saturday, and only buy enough food for those days. Rice and beans are discarded at the end of the night, burgers and chicken are cooked to order. The hot and cold temps and hot holding were all good. |
