3717-1-03.2(C) / Packaged and unpackaged food - preventing contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed a container of sliced onions and logs of ground beef to be stored on the walk-in cooler floor. Observed boxes and bags of frozen food items to be stored on the walk-in freezer floor. Employee moved all aforementioned products and stored them properly on the shelves. Corrected.

3717-1-06.2(E) / Handwashing signage.
Corrected During Inspection Observed no handwashing sign in the bathroom reminding employees wash hands before returning to work.

3717-1-04.5(C) / Cooking and baking equipment - cleaning frequency
Observed inside of microwave, specifically on the roof, to have a build up of food splatter and stains.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Observed ice buildup on the walkin freezer door between the seal and the door causing an improper seal.

3717-1-04.4(A)(1) / Equipment - good repair and proper adjustment.
Repeat Observed build up on ice on the shelves and on the boxes and bags of the food items in the freezer across from the stove top.

3701-21-25(I) / Level one certification in food protection
PIC was not certified in level one food safety protection, and was the only person there. Please ensure that at least one person is present during all hours of operation with a Level I certification.
