Complaint: Last Wednesday cook was seen not wearing gloves. Cold soup. Spoiled ranch dressing.

observed cook wearing gloves and changed once. Facility does not serve soup once it is removed from stove. Ranch dressing has sell by date and bottle observed was not opened yet.

Facility is currently a level 3 and need to move up to a level 4. Will move up next license. Re heat soup and corn beef. PIC answered food safety questions correctly.
