Observed restrooms did not have employees must wash hand signs. Place signs at hand washing sinks to promote proper handwashing.

Observed that the facility had a knife with a heavily damaged handle. Replace the knife as the handle is no longer smooth and easily cleanable.

3717-1-05.4(H) / Toilet room receptacle - covered.
Observed that the womens restroom did not have a covered trash bin. Provide covered trash receptacle for women's restroom.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Repeat Observed a broken cooler in the basement used for storage. Remove any items unnecessary for day to day operations.
