Critical Improper washing of hands and arms. Observed food employee not use paper towel to turn off faucet after hand washing to avoid recontamination of hands. Code states to use towel or other clean barrier to turn off faucet after washing hands.

3717-1-03.2(C) / Packaged and unpackaged food - preventing contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation
Critical Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Ice machine panel was off during inspection, so ice being made is not being protected from dust and other contaminates. Make sure front panel is on ice machine to protect ice from contamination.

3717-1-04.5(B)(1) / Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency.
Critical Food equipment surfaces not cleaned at required frequency. Observed build up of debris in ice machine where ice is made. Clean ice machine at a frequency that prevents build up of debris.
