PIC- Juve

At the time of inspection the facility had corrected/addressed many of its prior violations. Those violations not listed on this report have been corrected.

- The facility has had ecolab pest control to the facility several times this month. The Ecolab invoice shows that the hole behind the kitchen grill and door sweep have been replaced to prevent possible pest entry. There are traps underneath the cook line and the drive through soda machine.
- Per the GM the garlic and oil mixture is no longer in use and to prevent staff from using it peanuts have been placed in that location on the food cart. During the inspection no garlic and oil was noted on the food cart.
- The area under the drive through soda machine had boxes removed and had bleach residue showing it had been recently cleaned. Management asked when boxes and items can be placed back to this area. The removal of the boxes was a recommendation so that any droppings could be identified and cleaned ASAP. The items can be replaced whenever the facility feels that the area is no longer harboring rodents OR will ensure that the area is cleaned frequently enough to prevent any problems.
- The dumpsters had drain plugs and the area had been cleaned to prevent attracting any pests.
