[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
Critical Repeat TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature.
The two door cooler was not holding at 41F or below. A container of tuna salad was checked with two stem thermometers and they both read 50 F. The Owner checked a bag of sauce with his thermocouple and it was 49.4F. The food was voluntarily discarded. The ambient temperature of the cooler was 50F as checked by infared and a thermometer hanging in the cooler.

3717-1-02.4(A)(2) / PIC - Level Two Certified Manager
Repeat Facility does not have an employee with level two certification in food protection.
Pickaway County Public Health offers a level 2 course, or it can be taken else where. This is a repeat violation that needs to be addressed. Please be ready to show that a course has been registered for before the follow-up inspection.

There was no hand washing sign in the restroom

Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair.
