| Observed renovations to the facility; addition of dining room, self-serve soda mchine installed with adequate air gap. Have certificate of occupancy available at final inspection New bathrooms adequate. Need "employees must wash hands" signage. Mop sink area needs finishing/caulking around wall to prevent water damage to drywall. Looking to expand lobby area and resurface wall in prep area to 3 comp sink.
