Critical Observed there to be no air gap present for the drains from the drink machines located in the dining area and near the drive thru window. Facility will put in a work order for the air gaps to be fixed.
3717-1-05.1(C)(1) / Handwashing sink - required water temperature
Observed the temperature of the water at the hand wash sink to only reach 96F. Temperature at the hand wash sink must be at least 100F.
3717-1-06.2(E) / Handwashing signage.
There was no "employees must wash hands" sign posted by the hand wash sink in the kitchen.
