[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-02.2 (C ) / Hands and arms: when to wash
Critical Food employee(s) did not wash hands when required. Observed employee eating and did not wash hands before returning to work. Observed employees not washing hands when chenging tasks. Hands must be washed after changing tasks and before putting on new gloves.

3717-1-02.3(A) / Food contamination prevention - eating, drinking, or using tobacco.
Corrected During Inspection Employee eating, drinking, or using tobacco in non-designated area. Observed employee eating in warewash area. Employees are to eat in designated areas.

3717-1-05.1(G) / Handwashing sinks-Number.
Repeat Inadequate number of handwashing sinks. Code states there is to be a handwash sink any where there is food prep, serving or warewashing. This will be discussed again with the Environmental Health Director at a later date.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed freezer door 1-2 with a large seperation. All surfaces must be smooth, durable and easily cleanable. Fix freezer door.

3717-1-20(B) / Specifications for replacing equipment and facilities in existing facilities
Existing physical facilities and equipment constitute a public health hazard. There is not a handsink in the ware washing areas, or the food prep area. This will be discussed with the Environmental Health Director to see how to proceed.
