Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed gaskets on reach in cooler containing cheese and bologna and reach in cooler containing beans were broken. Please repair.

Discussed report with PIC at the time of inspection. Employees were observed wearing gloves and masks. PIC stated that gloves were available for consumers at their discretion. Facility also has 6ft distancing taped off on the ground. Sanitizer is also available at the check out counter.
