| Due to the severe storms that affected the area on early Tuesday morning (5/28), our office wanted to come out and check if any power outages occurred and what the operators did with their food if so. Spoke with manager who informed me that the establishment never lost power, but the lights did flicker here and there but nothing too serious. Wendy's has a power outage procedure which they follow for extended periods of time without power involving a refrigerated truck. Information from ODH about food safety and power outages was given to the manager for review for any future issues that may occur. |
