NO VIOLATIONS AT TIME OF INSPECTION.

Observed test strips, gloves, food safety logs, and thermometers.
Quat sanitizer is dispensing around 450 ppm. Be sure to maintain broad spectrum quat sanitizer between 150-400 ppm.
Hand sink fully stocked.
Facility is very clean and well maintained.
