3717-1-02.4(C)(17) / PIC: duties - ensure the facility has written procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events.
Repeat No written procedures for responding to vomiting or diarrheal events. Handout will be forwarded with the report.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed the fryer hood needing cleaned, having excessive grease build-up. Observed the bottom of the pizza make table needing wiped out due to excessive food debris. Observed the drying racks being tacky and having build-up on them. Observed the seals of the handwashing sinks browning, and not appearing clean. Clean all neglected areas and maintain them clean to sight and touch.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Facility not maintained clean. Observed cleaning needed under the pizza make table, the three compartment, and under the three compartment sink. Observed the wall behind warewashing needing cleaning due to excessive black build-up. Observed cleaning needed behind the fryer and chicken prep table. Observed black build-up on the ceiling above the fryer. Clean all neglected areas and maintain them clean to sight and touch.
