Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed plastic bags, straws, and gloves stored in the back hand sink. PIC removed items from sink.

3717-1-02.4(A)(2) / PIC - Level Two Certified Manager
Repeat Facility does not have an employee with level two certification in food protection. Jodi Brooks has the Servsafe certification but she doesn't have the Ohio Level 2 manager certificate.

3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
Corrected During Inspection No towels or drying device at the back handwashing sink.

*Chris Sievert has the Ohio level II Manager certification. However, he is the level II manager for the other facility, Auntie Anne's Soft Pretzels. **Each facility licensed as a risk level III and IV need to hair their own individual with the level II certificate. The individual cannot be shared.** Moreover, Jodi Brooks has the Servsafe certification but she doesn't have the Ohio Level 2 manager certificate.
