3717-1-04.5(A)(1) / Cleanliness of equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are dirty. Observed build up inside of the ice machine on the drip edge and build up inside pop corn machine in kitchen.
To prevent contamination, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty. Observed build up on pop nozzle holder and fan in kitchen by ice machine, utensil storage containers, seal around ice bin.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.
