Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed black build-up on the interior of the ice machine. PIC stated the ice machine is being replaced tomorrow. Observed two ice wands in the freezer on a rack, without being wrapped in cling wrap to keep them sanitary. Employee sanitized and wrapped the ice wands.

3717-1-03.2(Y) / Miscellaneous sources of contamination.
Corrected During Inspection Food not protected from contamination. Observed two pans of beans in the walk in cooler without lids on them. Employee covered the two pans of beans.
