3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Improper storage of food items. Observed soda and ocean spray being stored directly on the ground behind west service counter.

3717-1-04.8(E)(3) / Single-service articles and single-use articles - storage.
Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination. Observed boxes of paper towels stored directly on the gound in the north recieiving area.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed buildup in the bottom cooler vents in meat/cheese reach in and observed spilled product in the ice cream freezer.
