Not ready to pre-license at this time for Class 1 going to Class3 because of Deli addition. Other parts of store are good to go. Jay will start out owning the deli and then perhaps 'leasing it' to an operator. He will contact us with final plans before making ownership/management changes. Will return 4/22 to verify these items. (1) Probing thermometer (2) Sanitizer test strip kit (3) proctect ceiling lights (4) seal outside doors (5) Deli Freezer needs to operate at 10 F or less for 'frozen', was at 39 F. |
