Critical Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed build up on the pop nozzles and ice chute at the fountain beverage machine. Observed dried build up on the slicer. Observed build up on the cutting boards.

Facility does not have a person with level two certification in food protection.

3717-1-03.2(Y) / Miscellaneous sources of contamination.
Food not protected from contamination. Observed a pan of pasta salad stored directly in a pan of egg salad in the deli case. Egg salad was not covered.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed build up on equipment handles, on the hood filter system, and on freezer gaskets.
