Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed pizza sauce and build-up on the canopener and blade. Clean and sanitizer the can opener after use and/or between different food items.

3717-1-03.4(H)(1) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - disposition.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Observed Canadian bacon in the make table date marked for discard. PIC discarded the item.
