Outer opening not protected. The door to the downstairs area is propped open at inspection.

Improper storage of food items. Store all foods 6 inches up off the floor. Observed some foods stored on the floor in the downstairs storage room.

Non-durable equipment observed. The ice machine in the downstairs area has a lid that is badly damaged and is broken.
