Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods (43F-52F) not being cold held at the proper temperature in prep cooler. Food below 47F was moved to walk in cooler. All other food above 47F was discarded. Food on cookline with be held by ice bath until cooler is repaired. .

Corrected During Inspection No soap at kitchen handwashing sink.

Observed prep cooler in kitchen holding TCS foods between 43F-52F. Observed ice build up in back of cooler and pooling water in bottom.

Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed ice well station in need of repair. Observed chipping/ missing metal with build up inside of crevices.
