Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed employee using hand sink on cookline to fill up a pitcher of water. Hand sink can only be used for hand washing.

3717-1-03.2(C) / Packaged and unpackaged food - preventing contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation
Critical Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Observed raw shell eggs stored over ready to eat foods in walk in cooler. Eggs were moved and stored properly during inspection.

Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed build up on can opener blade. Can opener was cleaned during inspection.

3717-1-03.3(H) / Reheating for hot holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper reheating of food for hot holding. Employee stated they only reheated foods for hot holding to 150F. Time/temperature controlled for safety food that is cooked, cooled, and reheated for hot holding shall be reheated so that all parts of the food reach a temperature of at least one hundred sixty-five degrees Fahrenheit for fifteen seconds. Food was reheated propery during inspection.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(a) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - hot holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods (cheese 120F, taco meat 100F-110F, beans 100F-110F, chili 100F, mac and cheese 126F, sauce 100F-110F not being hot held at the proper temperature in steam wells. Steam wells were not at proper temperature. All food was removed and reheated to 165F. Steam well temperature was turned up during inspection and tested at 150F.

3717-1-07.1(C) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Conditions of use.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper use of a poisonous or toxic substance. Employees stated they are applying pesticides at the bar. Pesticide spray can was discarded during inspection. Only a license pest control operator can apply pesticides in a food service operation.

Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection.

Corrected During Inspection Food employee(s) not wearing a hair restraint.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
Corrected During Inspection Observed ice scoop handles stored directly in ice.

3717-1-04.1(GG) / Equipment compartments - drainage.
Observed bar keg coolers draining into a bucket inside of the cooler. Equipment compartments that are subject to accumulation of moisture due to conditions such as condensation, food or beverage drip, or water from melting ice shall be sloped to an outlet that allows complete draining.

Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed 2-door cooler with duck tape on handles and rusted shelves on the inside.

Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean (hood vents, fan, walk in cooler fan gaurds).
